Marc Aronoff, Author
Marc Aronoff was born in Detroit, Michigan. At various points in his teens, Aronoff explored his creative side including creative writing and theatre. Eventually Aronoff went off to college to study theatre. Theatre led to dance and dance led to a career as a modern dancer, in Europe and New York City.
In the early 90’s Aronoff reinvented himself by completing a Masters in Counseling Psychology and beginning his work bringing a hip-hop dance-based counseling program into the lives of at risk youth. (See berkshireproject.org). For almost 20 years Aronoff has worked as a counselor, consultant, and creative arts administrator. He has also written for the stage and worked as a ghostwriter.
Earl Cavanah, Illustrator
Earl Cavanah is a Creative Director / Art Director who has worked on some of the largest national and international advertising campaigns in New York. A graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Earl’s best known illustrations are the “unpretentious scribbles” for the Smirnoff Vodka “Unpretentious” campaign, winner of the Golden Effie for advertising effectiveness.
